Upcoming Workshops:
Do you have pain in your wrists/shoulder/lower back in chaturanga/low plank pose?
Do you think you aren’t strong enough for chaturanga/low plank? Do you think chaturanga/low plank pose is easy peasy and you’ve got it down perfectly already? Do you love learning about your body and how it works in yoga poses? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this workshop is for you. It will be led by Brittany Maxwell Hopkins, an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher and training facilitator. Whether you are newer to yoga or are a seasoned practitioner, this workshop will have you feeling empowered to learn how to safely align your body in CHATURANGA: which muscles to activate, & how to build up to an even stronger Low Plank Pose. |
