Experience the freedom and effectiveness that emerges from this inspired and embodied practice.

Your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Journey is About to Begin in 2026!

Do you want to know:
  • Safe and effective alignment for yoga poses?
  • How yogic philosophy can transform your life both on and off the mat?
  • The role of meditation in a holistic yoga practice?
  • The power of personal inquiry and self-reflection?
  • The basic anatomy of the human body and how it applies to yoga?
  • How teaching others can deepen your own practice?
Do you want tools to:
  • Train your nervous system to better handle stress?
  • Embrace the flow of life even when challenges arise?
  • Build a stronger, more flexible body?
  • Gain confidence in leadership and public speaking?
  • Share the practices of yoga with others?
  • Becoming a certified yoga teacher was just an added bonus to this journey. I knew I was going to grow and hoped I would heal, but I had no idea I would find my purpose in life and connect with incredible people I can’t imagine my life without. This year, I achieved things I never thought possible and became a woman I’m proud of. My heart is healing, my mind is settling, and my soul is filling."

WEEKLY TIME COMMITMENT
  • 2.5 hours live (Mondays not following a training weekend)
  • 1.5 hours: peer teaching / integration
  • 2 hours: reading, reflection, asana, and meditation
  • TOTAL: ~6 hours/week (and yes, people with jobs, partners, and kids have done it)

Some things may need to go. Think less doom-scrolling, more soul-growing.
But what you make space for? That’s where the magic happens.

This isn’t a crash course. It’s a well-paced, high-integrity path to real confidence—on the mat and as a guide.
IGNITE YOUR POWER 200-hour IN PERSON & LIVE ONLINE Yoga Teacher Training
This Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour yoga teacher training is an extraordinary opportunity to deepen your practice, expand the benefits of yoga into every area of your life, and empower others on their own journeys—on and off the mat.
Through asana, meditation, philosophy, discussion, personal inquiry, alignment, and practice teaching, you’ll experience a powerful transformation—not just in your yoga, but in how you live, relate, and lead.

A Unique Emphasis on Yoga Philosophy

Unlike many mainstream programs, we go beyond the poses to explore yoga’s rich philosophical roots and how they apply to modern life. Together, we’ll dive into ancient texts and timeless teachings, uncovering insights that support personal growth, resilience, and conscious action.

Our goal isn’t just to train skilled yoga instructors—it’s to nurture wise, grounded, and compassionate individuals who can lead and inspire with authenticity.

Mentorship Support Throughout Your Journey
One of the unique aspects of our Yoga Teacher Training is that you won’t be doing it alone.
Each trainee is paired with a dedicated mentor—a graduate of our 200-hour program who has walked this path before and now returns to support others on theirs. These mentors are here to offer grounded, compassionate guidance throughout your training.
Your mentor will:
  • Attend parts of the training weekends alongside you
  • Meet with you 1:1 each month to check in, offer feedback, and help you integrate what you’re learning
  • Be a source of encouragement, accountability, and real-talk when you need it most
They’ve been in your shoes—and they’re passionate about holding space for your growth.
Mentors are not here to evaluate or grade you. They’re here to walk beside you, remind you of your strengths, and help you reconnect with your intention when the process feels challenging (as all transformative work does). Many of our trainees say that the mentor relationship was one of the most meaningful and supportive aspects of their YTT experience.

A Learning Tool Designed to Stay With You
Your training includes a full-color, professionally printed manual, intentionally designed to support how adults actually learn—especially when working with physical, subtle, and energetic anatomy.

Color is not decorative here. It supports pattern recognition, spatial understanding, and memory retention, which is essential when learning anatomy, chakras, koshas, and movement-based concepts that live in the body, not just the intellect.

The manual is housed in a durable faux-leather three-ring binder, allowing you to:
  • Add personal notes, reflections, and annotations
  • Insert supplemental teachings, handouts, and continued education materials
  • Reorganize sections as your understanding deepens over time
This is not a workbook meant to be completed and shelved. It is a living reference—one that evolves with you and travels alongside you throughout your teaching and personal practice long after the training ends.

Many graduates tell us their manual continues to be one of their most-used resources years later—not only because it’s comprehensive, but because it’s usable, embodied, and built to grow with them.

“I’m so glad I decided to finally take the plunge and complete my 200-hour YTT. Even though work sometimes pulled me away and I had to miss a few classes, Brittany made it so easy to stay on track by sharing recorded Zoom sessions and checking in with me. Her support and flexibility meant I never felt behind, and I could still fully absorb the lessons. The training deepened my spiritual practice, expanded my understanding of yoga, and connected me with an amazing community. I’m so grateful I took the leap.”
~ Sheri (2025 graduate)
Before starting the training, I was worried about missing the entire first weekend and falling behind everyone else. But I decided to move forward anyway because the timing felt right—and honestly, there’s never going to be a perfect time. Coincidentally, I found out I was pregnant early on, which made me even more grateful I joined when I did. If I had waited, I would’ve been trying to do the training with a newborn.

Even though I had to watch the recordings, I found the materials super engaging, and I still felt like I was building real connections with the other trainees. Plus, everyone from the facilitators and the other participants were incredibly supportive welcoming and helpful.

I’m so glad I said yes when I did, because I use what I learned in the training every single day. The experience truly shifted my perspective on how I show up to life and I wouldn't have those tools now if I had waited for a "better" time.

I especially love how many truly meaningful relationships I have now. That feels rare as an adult.

To anyone worried about not being able to attend every session live, I’d say: “Don’t pass up on an opportunity that’s right in front of you just because the timing doesn’t feel perfect.” Anita (2025 graduate

Why 5 Months? Integration Over Acceleration

We’ve intentionally designed this training over the span of five months to allow the teachings to truly land. This isn’t about cranking out certifications. It’s about spaciousness—time to digest, practice, reflect, and integrate.
Life will continue to unfold while you’re in this training, and that’s exactly the point. As life happens, you’ll be applying what you’re learning in real time—deepening your awareness, navigating challenges with new tools, and showing up with intention. It’s long enough for lasting transformation, but not so long that it’s hard to maintain balance with your everyday life.

Concrete results and outcomes you will get from this training:
  • A powerful personal yoga practice and a deeper understanding of your body
  • A profound understanding of yoga philosophy and how to integrate it into daily life
  • New awareness of alignment, sequencing, and hands-on assists
  • Lifelong friendships and a supportive community
  • Knowledge of the anatomy, physiology, and energetics of yoga
  • Enhanced communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to teach a Vinyasa Yoga class
Modules will be comprised of the following:
  • Asana (physical yoga practice)
  • Yoga Philosophy & History
  • Self Assisting
  • Meditation
  • Discussion/Inquiry
  • Methodology
  • Technique
  • Anatomy
  • Practice Teaching
As a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to helping people heal their inner wounds and reconnect with their authentic selves. My healing journey began in my teens, fostering a deep appreciation for therapy, mindfulness, and practices that support personal growth. Years later, yoga became a profound part of that journey, offering me a way to unite my body and mind that was transformative.

In the summer of 2023, I registered for yoga teacher training to deepen my yoga practice. I envisioned learning to guide students through poses, sequences, and the beautiful flow of asanas. I looked forward to exploring yoga philosophy and studying pranayama. I received all of that—and more. What I didn't expect was how much the training, facilitated by Brittany, would mirror the inner healing work I've dedicated my life to. It provided practical tools that transformed my understanding of myself and became powerful resources I now use with my clients.

Brittany has a beautiful ability to make the abstract tangible and immediately applicable. Her approach blends ancient yogic teachings with modern, real-world tools for self-discovery. Her yoga teacher trainings are practical and accessible for anyone ready to explore and gain clarity, balance, and authenticity.

Brittany doesn't just teach yoga; she holds space for self-exploration and transformation. Her compassionate yet incisive guidance goes beyond the mat, offering tools that ripple into every area of life—helping you navigate challenges, cultivate presence, and step into your higher self with confidence.

I'm endlessly grateful to have been her student and thrilled to see her wisdom shared with so many."

Tevara Paranto, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist
There are thousands of 200-hour YTTs out there—but very few are led by someone formally trained in how to lead trainings, not just teach asana.
If you want a fast track to a certificate, this might not be your place.

If you want to be guided through an intentional, supportive, and proven process that changes how you relate to yourself and others—welcome home.

She has over 1,200 hours of training, has taught over 5,500 hours of yoga and is the founder/owner of Lotus Yoga School (formerly Container Collective Yoga), in Lakewood, CO since 2014. Further enriching her approach, she has completed additional training in trauma informed yoga, silver sneakers chair yoga, yoga nidra, and how to honor traditional roots of yoga that have often been removed from practices in the west.  Her passion for empowering others is reflected in her comprehensive approach that blends the physical practice with profound personal insights.

Whether you are newer to yoga or are a seasoned practitioner, classes/trainings Brittany leads will have you feeling empowered in the physical yoga poses and invited to look at the parts of yourself that are holding you back from living your most authentic and fulfilling life, as a student, teacher, leader. Her love of the yoga practices shine through in how she shares the teachings from the yogic texts and traditions from a place of continual application in her own life. She says, “No matter what modern style of yoga you choose to practice or teach, the yogic teachings and concepts are the common thread that will transform your way of being in the world.”

One recent training graduate shared, “Brittany took me on a journey to find my authentic self.  That journey was a rollercoaster ride at times, but she was in the seat beside me the whole time."
Brittany's guidance was a transformative experience. Her deep knowledge and passion for yoga are evident in her teaching. She provides a comprehensive curriculum that covers the physical aspects and the philosophical roots of yoga. Her classes are structured and informative, making complex concepts accessible to all.

Brittany's supportive approach makes a huge difference. She fosters a nurturing environment that encourages personal growth and self-discovery. Her feedback is always constructive, tailored to help students develop their unique teaching style. She ensures that every trainee gains confidence and competence in anatomy, alignment, or sequencing.

The atmosphere is one of camaraderie and shared passion, which Brittany cultivates with every interaction. Completing this yoga teacher training has deepened my personal practice immensely.

I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking a profound and professional entry into teaching yoga.

Mimi Morales
She went through her first 200 hour teacher training in 2007 in Lake Worth, Florida under the guidance of Guru Bharara, a disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda, where she studied Sivananda yoga, pranayama, and meditation. After she relocated to California, she recieved her BFA in acting from The California Institute of the Arts. In 2014, she reinvigorated her yoga studies by undergoing a second 200 hour teacher training in West Hollywood at Agni Yoga where she studied Vinyasa yoga with Ashley Cummings, and meditation with Chandresh Bhardwaj.
She and her family moved to Colorado in December 2019, and is honored to be of service by sharing her yoga and meditation practice as the owner/steward of Sunny Isle Yoga.

Mimi encourages mindful movement through traditional teaching methods using Sanskrit terminology, chants, and Pranayama. She aims to create a warm and safe environment for students to go to their edge while honoring their limits. She believes that practicing present moment awareness is the gateway to inner peace and wants every student to feel that they can take principals used in class off the mat and into their life.

Mimi is originally from St. Croix, USVI, and began her yoga journey in 2004 after recovering from a breast reduction surgery as a teenager in Florida. Although she initially attended classes to solely reap the physical benefits of asana practice, she continued her studies once she tapped into the unexpected side effect of spiritual growth.

Yoga has also been an avenue for her to share the tools of yoga with others of all ages.

She moved to CO in 2008 from CA and has a background in massage therapy, and brings a knowledge of the body as a whole to help individuals safely create more possibilities in their practice, with integrity in each pose. Jamie empowers you to find the greatness within yourself, to take into your everyday life.

She is rarely seen without a smile on her face, sharing a laugh or a hug with a friend. She is married and has two girls 15 years apart. When she’s not busy teaching, training, growing her mala business, or chasing her littlest around, she also loves to travel, see live music, check out new restaurants and get sweaty on her mat with the amazing Sunny Isle and Red Lotus communities.
