Weekend One: Presence | Seek the Truth | Be Willing to Come Apart
This first weekend of the 300 hour training is all about reintroducing yourself to your practices. Practices of asana, meditation, listening, leading, and teaching as a direct impact on your entire life. The entire weekend is an invitation to get out of your default ways of practicing and being, both on and off your mat, as a student/teacher/leader/human.
Picture
Weekend Two: Vitality | Step Out of Your Comfort Zone | Commit to Growth
This weekend will be focused on embodied experiences of your energetic anatomy (Chakras, Koshas, and Bandhas) and the philosophy of yoga. In addition to asana, meditation and inquiry, you will explore your Dosha and the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda, and dive deeper into a practical application of the yoga sutras, including navigating the 5 Kleshas, and a true understanding of both karma and dharma.
Picture
Weekend Three: Equanimity | Shift Your Vision | Drop What You Know
This weekend of the training will have a heavy emphasis on mechanics and delivery in teaching techniques, including theming a yoga asana class and leading others in the inquiry process. As with all of the weekends, this weekend will be very physical and you will have breakthroughs in the power of specificity and repetition in your practice, teaching, leading and life.  You will be guided through the process of creating a powerful way of inviting your students to bring their asana practice off their mat and into their lives.
Picture
Weekend Four: Restoration | Relax with What Is | Remove the Rocks
This weekend will review the basic understanding of the body and how it moves within the Power Yoga sequence.  From there, you will dive deep into the individual poses and tease out how the muscles move the bones in and out of alignment and how best to give your students tools to maximize physical results and minimize risk. This weekend will level up your teaching game and give you the power you need to create physical transformation in your students.
Picture
Weekend Five: Centering | Don’t Rush the Process | Be True to Yourself
This will be an exciting weekend filled with discoveries as you learn how to powerfully and effectively PLAN a yoga workshop, PROMOTE a yoga workshop and EXECUTE a yoga workshop. We will discuss the business of yoga as an extension of, and as it relates to, the eight limbs of yoga.
Picture
Weekend Six: Triumph | Be Still and Know | Understand that the Whole is the Goal
This weekend will be the culmination of the program with a weekend full of connection, celebration, and vision setting. You will witness yourself in a whole new way with a new level of mastery as a yogi, teacher and leader. You will leave this weekend with the ability to confidently lead a full length yoga workshop from Welcome to Thank you for coming!

Cat is an ERYT200, RYT500 Instructor and YACEP through Yoga Alliance. She currently serves as the Yoga Director at TruFusion Colorado. Cat has taught and facilitated well over 1500 hours of yoga classes, workshops, and teacher training programs. Her teachings are primarily influenced by Baron Baptiste of Baptiste Power Yoga and Anand Mehotra of the Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh. Cat believes in the transformative power of yoga on and off the mat. In asana practice, Cat encourages students to move their bodies with vigor in order to find freedom in the mind. In meditation practice, Cat uses breath to facilitate the movement of energy within the physical body. When not practicing yoga, Cat enjoys all that the outdoors has to offer! She is an avid skier, hiker and explorer!
Brittany is a thoughtful and purposeful leader. I throughly enjoyed training with her and could not imagine any other experience. She communicated effectively with the group before, during and after the training and provided support throughout the process. She brought together a diverse group of guest facilitators that added so much perspective and value to the training. I appreciated her deep respect for the roots of yoga and honoring where yoga began. The training also included a diversity and inclusion workshop which was incredibly impactful and should be required content for all teacher training programs. It is clear that Brittany practices yoga on and off her mat and is personally committed to showing up, doing the work, and growing out of all experiences.
