I have NEVER liked working out or yoga or even stretching. After my doctor told me I needed to make stretching a priority I tried several different yoga studios and ended up falling in love with Container Collective Yoga in Lakewood. Not only do they challenge me physically but also mentally. Becoming a member of this community has been the best thing I have done for myself in quite some time!
Fun and introspective classes make it so I leave the studio feeling like I've invested in my mind/body/spirit health. I love the community and fun-loving atmosphere. Definitely a good workout at varying levels without the competitiveness of more corporate studios.
Container Collective Yoga is a wonderful community. Wonderful instructors with great energy. Would recommend to anyone!
