Kids Yoga with Moon and Mountain
Moon and Mountain Kids Yoga is for ages 6-11.
Fridays 3-4pm MST led by Jamie
Your children will go on virtual adventures, learn about the Yamas and Niyamas, create works of art, practice breathwork and meditation, and explore a kid friendly Baptiste inspired flow that will help challenge their balance and strengthen their core through self-expression.
They will leave having made new friendships, added confidence and a ton of fun!
